Terms of use

These terms cover Chalo Milo: this website and the Chalo Milo iPhone app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Chalo Milo.

Who can use Chalo Milo

You must be 18 or over. One account per person, in your own name and with your own photos.

Zero tolerance

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, send or do anything that is:

• harassment, bullying, threats, hate or discrimination, including against anyone's race, religion, sexuality, gender, disability or HIV status;
• sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anyone who hasn't consented;
• nudity or sexual content in your profile photos, which other members see without asking (photos you choose to send in a private chat to another adult member are between the two of you);
• someone else's photos, or a fake identity;
• spam, advertising, selling sex, or asking for money;
• illegal, or encouraging anything illegal.

Profile photos are checked automatically, and ones that break these rules are removed. Every profile has Block and Report. We look at every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the accounts of members who post it or abuse others, without warning or refund.

Meeting people

Take care when meeting someone. Meet in public first, tell a friend (the check-in feature can do this for you), and never send money. We don't check who members are, and we aren't responsible for what members do, online or off.

Subscription

Sending messages needs a subscription, bought in the iPhone app and billed by Apple. It renews monthly until you cancel it in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple's terms cover payment and refunds. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it.

Your content and your account

You own what you post. You let us show it to other members and store it so Chalo Milo works. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; see the privacy policy for what that removes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The service

Chalo Milo is provided as it is. We'll try to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for anything caused by other members. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes matter, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
